Wilesco D105 Steam Engine "Light Edition" The D105 steam engine Electric Light set includes the popular entry-level model D10 and a dynamo with a lantern. The LED of the lantern illuminates dimly while the steam engine is in operation. Additional lanterns can be added. As a set, this Electric Light edition is a cost-effective complete set with high play value and educational value. The steam engine can be further expanded with a transmission (e.g. M55) and other WILESCO drive models.
D 32 steam engine electric heated
Wilesco steam engine D32 electric heated Return of a legend! The most powerful steam engine from Wilesco is back. After more than 40 years, Wilesco will produce a limited edition. The black painted base plate in combination with the grey an red cylinder base and the nickel plated elements gives the D32 a unique look. It is the first electric heated steam engine with a smoking chimney and it has more features than all other steam engines. The heat resistant boiler with a volume of 1000 cm3 will be heated electrically. The boiler has a nickel plated and polished cover for a better heat supply. The instrument panel contains the steam supply valve, the pressure gauge and unique for the D32 el is the tachometer for the fly wheel. The steam valve navigates the steam supply to the biggest self starting aggregate from Wilesco. With the hand lever on the instruction panel, you can run or stop the movement of the transmission which is powered by the efficient brass cylinders. Additionally a generator (V12) and the water pump will constantly run by the engine. The feeding pump takes fresh water from a reservoir under the base plate. There is an additional valve at the pump, which redirects the water to an outlet. In the middle under the basic plate is a collecting tray for the condensation, which keeps the engine dry and clean. Wilesco will produce the D32 in a limited edition of 500 pieces. D10 Steam Engine
Wilesco D10 Engine The Wilesco D10 is our most popular model steam engine. Due to the double-acting cylinder, the power of this model is significantly greater compared to models with an oscillating cylinder. This engine has a complete steam control and a centrifugal regulator. The volume of the D10 model steam engine is 155 cm³ (boiler length: 115 mm, Ø 45 mm). Any remaining water in the boiler has no negative effects on the durability of the machine. The remaining water can be easily emptied from this power machine after removing the filling valve "upside down." The most popular stationary steam engine in the WILESCO program is now also equipped with an authentically steaming chimney. The condensate is led from the cylinder to the rear area of the boiler house into a condensate water basin. This then has the attractive effect that the chimney smokes. Now the appearance gives every steam enthusiast even more authentic steam fun. Wilesco D100E Steam Engine Kit This is the first experimental kit by Wilesco. The steam engine kit (D5) together with a dynamo and some electronic components are combined to an experimental and learning unit. After the assembly of the steam engine there is nothing left to hinder the proverbial grasp of electrical devices. The kits of the steam engine D9 and an oil pump model are supplied on one big base plate. The illustrated description guides the user step by step to a complete steam model which can be changed again and again. The base plate serves as a platform for creative handicraft work and construction of further models.
D14 Steam Engine
Wilesco D14 Steam Engine The Wilesco D14 is a space-saving steam engine. As the only model in the Wilesco line of model steam engines, the D14 is delivered with the unit built onto the boiler. The 140 x 55 mm boiler with 250 cm³ volume and the heavy flywheel with 80 mm diameter provide a powerful operating time per boiler fill. This model, heated with our dry fuel Witabs, also has a particularly long run time. During operation, the power engine purrs like a Swiss clock and runs almost without vibrations. The sounds of this power engine can be elicited during operation by means of the dome steam whistle, which can be operated via a small lever. By directing the condensate into a condensate water tray below the chimney, real "smoke" (steam) emerges from the chimney and gives the whole event a very authentic touch. Please always make sure that the steam engine is not operated without sufficient water filling in the boiler. The water level must always be visible at least at the bottom of the sight glass. Here are some tips for operating your Wilesco D14 steam engine:Always make sure that the steam engine is not operated without adequate water levels in the boiler, the water level should always be visible at least at the lower end of the sight glass.Regular oiling is also necessary when there is no steam pressure in the boiler and the model has cooled down. To do this, unscrew the oil filler screw and fill with Wilesco steam engine oil. You should rotate the flywheel several times to absorb the oil. We recommend oiling the D14 every time you fill the fuel, so that the piston does not seize. 2-3 drops of Wilesco steam engine oil are sufficient for approximately 10 minutes of operation. All bearings and joints should also be lightly oiled, ensuring a long lifespan for your D14 and uninterrupted steam fun.

In the smallest space, versatile mechanics are presented in a compact manner: The D141 consists of a Wilesco steam engine model D14 with a manometer and steam stop valve in a workshop setting with a roof and four different machines on a transmission shaft. The transmission is attached to the ceiling of the hall, and the roof of the workshop rests on four columns inspired by the period. D145 Steam Engine The Wilesco steam workshop family is getting bigger. In addition to the well-known D141 and the new D161, a further workshop, the D145, is now available in the program. This model uses a blacksmith, a drop hammer, and a band saw to depict a historic production line. Another model can be directly connected to the small additional transmission on the baseplate.
D16 Steam Engine
Wilesco D16 Steam Engine The Wilesco D16 is a timeless steam engine model that you can expect many years of steam fun from. Its brass boiler is highly polished and nickel-plated, with a diameter of 55 mm and a length of 140 mm, it has a boiler capacity of 250 cm³. This gives the D16 enough power to operate various accessory parts simultaneously. The brass boiler also provides you with a water level indicator formed as a view glass.The boiler house is designed with a brick pattern, one of the two running boards is on either side of the boiler house, and a small ladder leads to the running boards on the side facing the boiler.The double-acting, fixed brass cylinder of this model steam engine is equipped with a flywheel that can be started in both rotational directions. Of course, a spring safety valve must not be missing from the D16.You can control the steam release from this power machine via the steam whistle with a chain pull and the steam shut-off hand valve. Other high-quality features of the Wilesco D16 include an 80 mm diameter flywheel with a string running roller and a solid, aesthetically pleasing cast iron frame, a centrifugal regulator, a steam jet lubricator, and the gallery rod. This steam engine model weighs 1.8 kg, and its chimney smokes realistically. The steam engine is operated with dry fuel.The D16's boiler is quickly heated, and the entire frame always runs smoothly in any infinitely adjustable position of the steam valve regulator. Wilesco D161 Steam Engine The Wilesco Steam engine D161 is a medium-sized workshop. The color scheme of the base and unit plate combined with the black boiler gives the workshop a nostalgic look. In a small space, this steam engine workshop displays diverse mechanics in a compact way: The Wilesco Werkstatt D161 consists of a Wilesco steam engine model D16 with steam stop valve and centrifugal regulator, combined with a transmission, a dynamo, a lantern, and a forge hammer. The speeds of the flywheel and the built-in drive models can be controlled via the steam stop valve. The steam engine workshop is powered by our dry fuel Witabs. Wilesco Werkstatt D161: D16 steam engine with drive models To visualize the generated steam power, the Wilesco Werkstatt D161 is equipped with an angle transmission and two permanently installed drive models: Dynamo with street lantern M66/2Forge hammer M58Our steam engine workshop is easy to operate and therefore also suitable for beginners. Watching it is fun for both children and adults, and soon it will be whistling and hissing throughout the house. Wilesco Werkstatt D161 as a novelty in 2019 The steam engine workshop was completely overhauled for its relaunch in 2019: The color of the base and unit plate was changed from blue to green. The D16 boiler is now painted black. Previously, three workshop drive models were permanently installed on the plate of the D161, but today you can design your workshop scene more flexibly: With the included angle transmission M50, you can easily connect any additional drive models. Thanks to the built-in dynamo with lantern, your Wilesco workshop is now always well lit.

Wilesco D165 Steam Engine This assembly D165 can be the start of a small model plate. The package contains the steam engine D16, a large countershaft and a drilling machine. Four additional drive models can be connected to this countershaft.
D18 Steam Engine
Wilesco D18 Steam Engine This model features a unique color scheme with a blue base plate, black boiler casing, and silver aggregate plate. The flywheel is painted black. The technology of this machine combines aspects of the D20 and D16 models with added technical refinements. The aggregate plate has been extended to include a dynamo that powers the rear light between the boiler and aggregate. The light is modeled after the industrial lights of the turn of the century and illuminates the flywheel during operation.
D2 Steam Engine
Wilesco D2 Steam Engine This Wilesco steam engine is smaller than any of our models up to now. You certainly cannot do without this tiny beauty. Heated with a beeswax candle light the filligree oscillating cylinder purrs up and down and drives briskly the sparkling flywheel. You will take delight in watching this mechanical masterpiece. The boiler capacity lasts for a run of more than 30 minutes.
D20 Steam Engine
D20 Steam Engine Heated with Witabs This stationary steam engine is the most produced machine in the Wilesco range. The 6.5 x 16.5 cm boiler has a volume of 500 cc. The steam pressure can be constantly monitored through the pressure gauge, and the drain valve can be used to remove any residual water from the boiler after use. Our D20 is a model steam engine with plenty of power, making it ideal for running larger model systems. You'll find a wide selection of suitable drive models in our shop. The real steam-spewing chimney is also great fun, and the steam release can be regulated through the steam valve. Like all Wilesco steam engine models, the D20 is "Made in Germany" and will run reliably for many years with adequate oiling and attention to the water level in the boiler. The stationary steam engine is powered by our Witabs dry fuel, one charge of Witabs will last for about 10-15 minutes of steam fun. D202 Steam Engine with Electric Heating The D20 model is also available with electric heating as the D202. D21 Steam Engine
D21: Elegant Beauty in Red and Black The D21 steam engine is a double-acting fixed brass cylinder power engine. The technical specifications are similar to those of the D 20, but the special color scheme gives this machine a particularly elegant finish: All metal parts are painted in black and red. The flywheel has also been painted red. This special machine is rounded off by highly polished brass parts. A technical feature is the built-in feed water pump, which is only found in the D21 steam engine within the Wilesco range. Water pump allows refilling during operation This water pump allows the boiler to be refilled with water during the ongoing operation of the steam engine. The condensate is discharged into a condensate water basin below the chimney and causes the chimney to steam. The steam exit can be manually controlled by means of a steam stop valve in the D21. The power engine is driven by our dry fuel Witabs, one charge of Witabs is enough for about 10-15 minutes of steam fun. It takes about 5 minutes from the first lighting of the steam engine for sufficient steam pressure to build up and the engine to be set in motion. The D21 then has enough power to drive several drive models. So you can follow the conversion of heat into motion energy in a very visual way. It is also especially fun to generate electricity and light by connecting the separately available parts Dynamo M66 or Dynamo with Lamp M66/2!

D22 Steam Engine Heating with Witabs One of the strongest machines in the WlLESCO range is this self-starting two-cylinder steam engine. The boiler with dimensions of 6.5 x 16 cm has a volume of 530 cc. The engine unit is installed on a raised base. The two cylinders are controlled by a common steam shut-off valve. As an extra, the machine has a transmission with five string pulleys in three different sizes. D3 Steam Engine
Wilesco D3 Steam Engine The D3 is the smallest dry fuel operated steam engine in the Wilesco program and is relatively new to our repertoire. What makes it special is its upright mounted polished brass boiler and oscillating cylinder. Due to its upright boiler, our D3 model has a base measurement of only 16 x 12.5 cm with a 50 cm³ boiler capacity. This model can drive one of our smooth running drive models. The base plate and boiler house are made of printed steel sheet, with a red base plate and black boiler house. The elegant appearance of this model is truly a feast for the eyes! The two sight glasses show the water level. Where the glass of the water level indicators is foggy, there is no water. So the water level can be easily read from the clear part of the glass. With a full water tank, the D3 requires small breaks in operation to build up enough steam power. Once the water level reaches half full, the model is ready for continuous operation with its characteristic noise. Please oil your D3 well at first, as the speed of the steam engine may be slightly lower during the first runs. Once the piston is broken in, the machine really takes off!
D4 Steam Engine
Wilesco D4 Steam Engine Wilesco presents its next steam engine model D4 driven by a candle. The highly polished brass boiler generates steam pressure which drives the tiny filigree fly wheel. The black fire-proof base frame with its beautiful details is fixed on a noble wooden plate. Due to its laser-cut outlines this model is beautiful from any view. The operation with special beeswax candles creates a comforting atmosphere which will fascinate anyone. Also cleaning this model is easy. The power unit can easily be removed from the wooden plate.

Wilesco D455 Steam Engine This engine persuades with its compact construction. A fire tube inside the boiler ensures a quick pressure generation. In contrast to most of the Wilesco engines it is equipped with an upright assembly.
Steam engine D10/100
D10/100 100 Years of Steam with Wilesco! Wilesco has been around for 100 years and that is a great reason to present a steam engine that shows it. This model has a laser engraving on the boiler that also withstands heating of the machine. The bright wooden box of the machine also gets its own engraving for the company anniversary.
Steam Engine D12
Steam Engine D12 Wilesco presents the reissued D12 as a new product. The smallest steam engine with two oscillating cylinders has the nickname "the wild thirteen" at Wilesco. This small powerhouse has a brass boiler and two oscillating cylinders, which are also in brass. The distributor block in the center distributes steam to the two cylinders. The block also serves as the central point for oil. The black base plate and the red boiler house create a classy overall impression. New to this size of engine is the steam regulation for the two cylinders through a valve. This allows the connected drive models to be adjusted to the desired speed.
